With the conclusion of the construction phase of a fiber expansion project, an analysis of the location requesting new fiber will need to be completed.  Even though the grant period has ended, ITC remains committed and excited to provide service in the area. Potential locations that did not have fiber installed during the free installation period will continue to be eligible for ITC's fiber-optic service during the construction season; however, an analysis will be needed to determine if a contract or costs related to construction apply. The initial step involves completing an application. After the application is completed, an ITC customer service representative will contact the applicant to provide options for contract terms and to determine if there are associated construction costs required by the applicant to bring fiber optics to the location.
