ITC is starting the new year with a bang!
Our technicians are working to finalize an equipment upgrade that will allow for the increase of your Internet speeds. Once the upgrade is complete, we will start the upgrades. In most cases, ITC will double the download speed for the same monthly cost. For our upper-speed tiers, the price will drop. See the graph above for the details. We anticipate the upgrades to start in late January and carry into February. We will post more details on Facebook and send emails with additional information. With the Christmas season over, you probably have more devices in your home, so this upgrade comes at the perfect time.

Benefits of Fiber-Fast Internet
What are some of the benefits of ITC’s Fiber-Fast Internet? First of all, it’s reliable. Fiber Internet can handle more users and more data at consistently higher speeds. There won’t be a problem with multiple people streaming in your house if you have the right package. Also, you don’t have to worry about peak Internet times with fiber; fiber-optics have unmatched capacity. Secondly, gaming with a fiber connection is incredible. Blast Wi-Fi Options
Going hand in hand with our Internet is ITC’s Blast Wi-Fi Powered by ITC. Blast Wi-Fi includes the lease and support of a dual-band router. We offer an initial site survey to analyze wireless coverage in your home or small business. The connection support of all your devices is also included in this service. You will also have access to an app that gives you a snapshot view of your home or small business. You can view all the connected devices on your network through the included app, set up basic parental controls or a guest network, change your SSID (network name), password, and more! Do all of this from the convenience of your phone or tablet. Two apps are available to add to Blast Wi-Fi; ProtectIQ™, which provides advanced network security, and ExperienceIQ™, for advanced parental controls.
